E-Rozgaar Center

Introduction

In the backdrop of soaring un-employment and financial challenges it has become a paramount duty of the government to steer the educated youth of the province in the right direction. Hence, Youth Affairs and Sports Department (YASA&T) initiated its flagship project named as e-Rozgaar Training Program, which is being executed by Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). This program aims to establish 41 e-Rozgaar Centers in 36 districts of Punjab to assist the youth in earning sustainable income and enhance their professional abilities. One of the major objectives of this program is to provide training opportunities to youth to become self-employed using internet-based freelancing. Our first (1st) women center in Punjab was lunched at Government College Women University Faisalabad on 26-May-2017.

Our Statistics

From June 2017 till 30th June 2020, total ten (10) batches of students were trained in e-Rozgaar Center, Faisalabad. In these batches, total 1,255 females were enrolled out of which 863 students were successfully graduated. Another good thing about this program is that our mostly students start earning during the classes. So far, our trainees have generated $24273 revenue, which is one of the great success of this Program. In last fiscal year (July 2019 to June 2020), e-Rozgaar center trained four (4) batches of students with total 664 enrolled females out of which total 419 students were successfully graduated. Total $8504 revenue was recorded and earned by students during these training. e-Rozgaar is currently training youth in three major domains i.e. Technical, Content Marketing & Advertising and Creative Design Domain along with basic freelancing training.

Fill the form with your information and select your training mode PHYSICAL or ONLINE training. (Provide actual information because you'll be asked to get this information verified later on)

After signup, you’ll receive an email and SMS containing your login details

Login through the candidate login link available in the email using the login ID and password details present in the same email

After successful login, You'll be asked to attempt an MCQs based online test consisting of 30 questions in 30 minutes (Make sure you have stable internet and power backup because the failure of power/internet may cause blockage to test access)

After signup, You will have 72 hours to give your online test. Otherwise, your application will be considered null and void.

Procedure to apply is as follows:
1. Apply Online
2. Appear for online entry test
3. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit documents online
4. Then they’ll be asked to get the documents verified at centers
5. Start classes

The eligibility criteria is as follows:
– Punjab domicile
– Maximum age: 35 years
– Education: At least 16 years of education
– Employment Status: Currently Unemployed.
