Capacity Building for University Management: Knowledge Sharing Activity under National Outreach Program (HEC-NAHE)Ú25 April 2025: Government College Women University Faisalabad (GCWUF) successfully organized a Knowledge Sharing Activity under the Capacity Building for University Management initiative, part of the National Outreach Program by HEC-NAHE. The event, coordinated by the Incharge Faculty Development GCWUF, aimed to strengthen management capacities through enhanced communication, technological adaptability, and leadership skills.ÚThe program featured a series of targeted sessions led by GCWUF faculty members. Dr. Salma Shahid (Assistant Professor, Department of Biochemistry) opened the sessions with a talk on Effective Written and Verbal Communication, emphasizing clarity, coherence, emotional intelligence, and impactful messaging. Prof. Dr. Saima Akram (Coordinator, Faculty of Management and Administrative Sciences) delivered insights on Technology Integration and Data-Driven Decisions, highlighting the role of data and innovation in future-ready university management.ÚDr. Aisha Imtiaz (Incharge, Business Incubation Center) presented on Internal and External Communication Barriers, discussing strategies to promote transparency and overcome common communication challenges. Concluding the activity, Mrs. Misbah Bashir (Librarian, GCWUF) led a session on Digital Communication Skills and Professional Ethics, focusing on digital literacy, responsible online conduct, and maintaining professionalism in virtual spaces.ÚThis initiative reflects GCWUF’s commitment to continuous professional development and its dedication to advancing a culture of innovation and excellence in university management, which aligns with HEC-NAHE’s national objectives.
