GCWUF Welcomes Fresh Entrants with Extensive OrientationFaisalabad, September 17, 2025 — Government College Women University Faisalabad (GCWUF) organized its Fall 2025 Orientation Session under the Directorate of Academics. All service-providing offices delivered presentations on academic regulations, student services, and the various campus facilities available to students.Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen (T.I.) addressed the new batch in a special talk, sharing her vision for students’ holistic growth leading to successful lives and careers. She urged them to set clear goals, commit to continuous self-improvement, maintain cleanliness, and adopt the responsible use of modern technology—particularly AI—as a valuable learning partner. She also invited volunteer students to come on stage and share their views and sentiments, making the session more engaging and interactive.Dr. Ameen emphasized that students, as primary stakeholders, must take ownership of their university journey by actively engaging in academic and co-curricular platforms, such as the Young Leaders Program, to prepare themselves as future leaders.Pro Vice Chancellor and Director Academics Prof. Dr. Zill-i-Huma Nazli thanked the Vice Chancellor for her visionary guidance and appreciated the heads of departments for their contributions to the session.
