A Drug Abuse Awareness Camp was organized by the students of 8th semester, Department of Applied Psychology. In the light of SDG-3 ???Good Health and Well-being??? students provided consultancy services pertaining to drug abuse problems and associated repercussions. Use of sleeping pills is common among females. More than 80 students visited the camp and shared their personal/social problems. They were taught how to handle the risk factors of drug abuse initiation. They were also briefed the side effects of excessive use of tea, soft drinks, chocolate, candies, etc. The faculty of GCWUF also visited the camp and appreciated the initiative taken by the students of Applied Psychology.
