GCWUF bids farewell to Prof. Dr. Robina Farooq (T.I) on successful completion of her 4-year tenure as Vice Chancellor GCWUF. She joined the university as VC in July 2019. Her tenure will be remembered as a period of transition of the university from its incubation stage to its its development stage. In the honour of the departing Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Zill-i-Huma Nazli, and all academic and administrative heads arranged a farewell ceremony to acknowledge the tremendous services of Prof. Dr. Robina Farooq as Vice Chancellor GCWUF. As a token of love, Pro Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Zill-i-Huma Nazli presented bouquet and a gift to her and expressed her feelings of gratitude and appreciation for her. Registrar Mr Asif A Malik and Director Student Affairs Dr Asma Aziz from Admin Heads, and Prof. Dr. Saima Akram, Dr. Nousheen Syed, and Dr. Rukhsana Baloch expressed their feelings for madam Vice Chancellor. Prof. Dr. Saleem Farooq Shoukat, Director COMSATS wihari campus also graced the ceremony with his kind presence. He also delivered a speech on this occasion. Prof. Dr. Robina Farooq thanked everyone for arranging the ceremony in her honour and appreciated everyone for being a wonderful team member during her tenure. She rendered a word of advice also to continue efforts for improvement of the university.
