Library, GCWUF conducted Training sessions on "Capacity Building of Library Staff Regarding New Upgraded Version of KOHA" on October 11-13, 2023. The Resource Person of the training was Mr. Zeeshan Ullah, Deputy Librarian, Islamia University Peshawar. The workshop aimed to enhance skills of the library staff in library management, digital resources, and end user support. It enabled them adapt to technology to ensure that library staff is proficient in the use of modern library technologies, including library management systems, databases, and research tools. The training provided information on improved patron services to enhance the quality of services provided to library patrons, including research assistance,information literacy programs, and user engagement. Professional development training for library staff updated them with emerging technologies to provide better support to users.
