Dr. Nausheen Syed, Assistant Professor and Incharge of the Department of Management Sciences at GCWUF, participated in the 14th EMS International Research Conference on Building Prosperity in a Climate-Conscious World held in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, on January 23-24, 2025. Organized by Experts in Management & Social Sciences (EMS) Pakistan in collaboration with Sarhad University of Science and IT, the conference gathered over 80 participants, including leading academics, Vice Chancellors, Deans, and researchers from prestigious institutions such as NUST Islamabad, Punjab University Lahore, University of Agriculture Faisalabad, NUML, GCUF, and University of Mianwali, along with scholars from Turkey and Saudi Arabia. Dr. Nausheen Syed chaired a session on the first day and presented her research paper on "The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Performance of Organizational Human Resources."
