Empowering Women through Mentorship: VC GCWUF Leads Transformative Initiative The second Meeting of the Mentors Committee for the "Women Empowerment and Mentoring Program" was presided over by the esteemed Vice Chancellor of Government College Women University Faisalabad (GCWUF), Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen (T.I.), on January 22, 2025, in the Committee Room. She emphasized the catalytic role of mentors in this transformative era of digital citizenship. She highlighted the impact of good communication, personal development, academic & professional counseling, well-being, and professional networking on career development and professional growth in academia. The Vice Chancellor's training session with the members of the Mentors Committee yielded fruitful discussion. It was decided that there would be 5 combined sessions, 2 group-wise sessions, and the last session would again be combined to have interaction with all the mentees.
