The Department of English, GCWUF actively participated in a conference organized by the Department of English at GC University, Faisalabad, held on February 20, 2025. The conference theme, "Pakistani English Literature and the UN 2030 Agenda," provided a platform for scholars to explore the intersections between literature and sustainable development. Dr. Saira Akhter, Incharge of English Department GCWUF, Dr. Sadia Waheed, Assistant Professor of English, GCWUF and Ms Fauzia Amin, Lecturer in English, GCWUF served as session chairs, lending their expertise to facilitate meaningful discussions. Ms Amani Sharif, Lecturer in English, GCWUF presented her paper titled Digital Storytelling as Feminist Resistance in Pakistani Women???s Health Narratives, adding to the scholarly discourse on gender, health, and digital activism.
