Five-Day Capacity-Building Workshop for University Management Concludes at GCWUF Faisalabad ??? The five-day training workshop titled "Capacity Building for University Management," jointly organized by the Office of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization (ORIC), Government College Women University Faisalabad (GCWUF), and the National Academy of Higher Education (HEC), successfully concluded. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen, T.I., attended the closing ceremony as the chief guest. In her address, Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen emphasized the importance of professional development and lifelong learning in keeping pace with the rapidly evolving digital landscape. She remarked, "Adapting to change and acquiring expertise in one???s field is essential for meeting the challenges of modern times." She expressed her gratitude to HEC for supporting the initiative and extended special thanks to Ms. Noor Amna Malik, Director NAHE, for her vision and valuable contribution to the success of the training. She appreciated efforts of the Directorate of Research Innovation and Commercialisation in making examplery arrangements of the workshop. The workshop featured expert-led sessions on interpersonal skills, governance, workplace ethics, leadership strategies, financial management, and procurement planning. Participants from three universities appreciated the training???s relevance and its significant impact on their professional growth.
