Deals in all kinds of service matters relevant to BPS 17 or above such as:
- Leaves; casual, medical, maternity, study and Umrah leave etc.
- Experience certificate
- All kinds of NOCs (No Objection Certificates)
- Disciplinary matters (Proceddings under PEEDA Act as well as general inquiries )
- Notifying additional duties/charges to University officiers
Coordation with other offices/departments of the universities
2. General Section
Notifying all departmental events including national / international workshops / seminars
Constitions of various types of committees
Respond Assembly Questions (National/Provincial)
Circulating all kinds of letters received from various Govt. departments for implementation in university
Syndicate Cell
- Deals with all matters regarding Syndicate
- Liaison with HED, HEC, PHEC and Chancellor’s Secretariat
- Deals matters related to service statutes
