Industry???Academia Collaboration: MoU with Saffron Pharmaceutical Industry
A landmark achievement of Science Day 2025 was the formal signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Department of Chemistry, Government College Women University Faisalabad (GCWUF), and Saffron Pharmaceutical Industry Faisalabad, a reputed name in the national pharmaceutical sector. The signing ceremony marked the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing academic excellence through industrial collaboration. The agreement was signed in the presence of Dr Sadia Asim, Registrar, GCWUF, who lauded the initiative as a significant step toward strengthening the university???s engagement with industry. Under this MoU, both institutions will work together to create a bridge between classroom learning and real-world industrial practices.
