Dept. Home Economics participated in ???Cotton First??? competition organized by Textalks International at Pearl Continental Hotel Lahore on 14/10/2021. This competition was a part of 4th??International Annual Conference ???Inspiring Change 2021???. Objective of the conference and competition was to find sustainable solutions for the Textile Industry. GCWUF BS Fashion Design students displayed draped dresses made with 100% cotton dyed in pestle tones using natural dyes. Collection was very much appreciated by the visitors who were from all walks of life ranging from textile and fashion professional to laymen visiting for the sake of pleasure. ??
