Department of Physics

Introduction

The Department of PHYSICS at GCWUF aims to stimulate intellectual growth and instill knowledge, skill and confidence for a successful career in either science or other qualitative technical fields among its students. It started its journey of BS PHYSICS in 2013 under the guidance of Pro. Kausar Rafique and now possess trained Faculty members and well equipped Labs.

Vision

To generate high levels of skills, lifelong learning, innovation and disseminate knowledge for global competitive advantage and become a leading academic and research platform.

Mission

The Department of Physics will work with great dedication to permute enthusiasm in young minds to discover their talents both in theoretical and practical physics not only for building a foundation of excellence but also for active participation in the community through dedication for teaching, researching and committing towards students with innovative instructional and research methods.
