Research is a way to explore new dimensions in existing world. The foremost purpose of this research group is to investigate and highlight the major issues in the field of gender studies. Gender studies is an interdisciplinary academic field devoted to analyze gender identity and gendered representation. The major focus of the field is to unveil the disparities regarding females in society. We use different and updated tools and techniques to dig out the issues related to females. Gender discrimination is a worldwide phenomenon so our research will contribute to the existing body of knowledge about this discipline. We use both qualitative and quantitative methods to collect the data from field. Mix method is becoming very popular in contemporary social sciences research and that???s why we prefer to use triangulation to see phenomena from different point of view. It gives a clear and detailed picture of phenomena under discussion. SPSS ( Statistical Package for Social Sciences) a software is used for analyzing the quantitative results of research. Beside this some other soft wares for qualitative research are applied for getting scientific results. We collect both types of data primary and secondary according to the objectives of the research. Currently we are working on research papers related to rural women issues and women empowerment.
