Twenty two (22) PHD graduates belongs to Urdu Department received their degrees in the 2nd Convocation of GCWUF . These scholars completed their research work under the supervision of Dr. Sadaf Naqvi, Dr. Tahira Iqbal , Dr. Shahida Yousaf and Dr. Zammurd Kousar (late). Head of Urdu Department Dr. Sadaf Naqvi in her special message , acknowledged the persistent support and patronage of the Vice Chancellor Prof . Dr. Robina Farooq ( T.I ) to make this success possible .She credited this success to the dedicated and hardworking teachers of the department also.
