Under the chairmanship of Co-Ordinator Faculty of Languages and Languages, Dr. Rukhsana Baloch, the public defense of Shafqat Zahoor, a talented scholar of PhD in Department of Urdu, Government College, Women University, Faisalabad, was held. This Public Defense Conducted by Controller Examinations was conducted in Video Conference Room Government College Women University, Faisalabad as per HEC rules and regulations. PhD scholar Shafqat Zahoor completed the research work under the supervision of supervisor Dr. Rukhsana Bibi. The topic of his research paper was "Linguistic Analysis of Kalam Nazir". Among Shafqat's external examiners were Professor Dr. Sophia Yousuf, Head of the Department of Urdu, Shah Abdul-Latif University, Khairpur, Sindh, while Dr. Tariq Mehmood Hashmi was from GC University, Faisalabad.
