GCWUF successfully conducted the No-Commitment Session of the Mentoring Program for Universities (MPU) – NAHE-HEC Phase II through the Faculty and Staff Development Center (FSDC).ÚThe orientation introduced prospective mentors and mentees to the mentoring framework, including roles and responsibilities, communication expectations, professional boundaries, and the overall mentoring process. The interactive session encouraged meaningful dialogue and highlighted the importance of mentoring in professional growth, leadership development, and academic excellence.
