Capacity Building for University Management: Knowledge Sharing Activity under National Outreach Program (HEC-NAHE) on Financial Management Ú3rd May 2025: The 4th module of the Financial Management series under the Higher Education Commission’s National Academy of Higher Education (HEC-NAHE) was successfully held on 2nd May 2025 at the Video Conference Room, GCWUF. The Directorate of Faculty and Staff Development Center organized the event and supported institutional capacity building and professional growth for academic and administrative staff. ÚThe module featured expert-led sessions designed to enhance university administrators'||chr(39)||' financial skills. Dr. Nosheen Syed, Treasurer of GCWUF, gave a comprehensive talk on Identifying Financial Needs and Resources, stressing strategic resource planning. Mr. Muhammad Tayyeb Asif, Chief Engineer GCWUF, discussed Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Reporting, focusing on data-driven fiscal planning. Mr. Muhammad Ehsan Lodhi, Deputy Controller of Examinations, shared an analytical approach to Cost-Benefit Analysis to evaluate institutional spending. A joint session on auditing and the SAP-based accounting management system was conducted by Mr. Tayyeb Asif and Mr. Lodhi, which offered hands-on knowledge on automation and audit practices.ÚThis training, part of HEC-NAHE’s National Outreach Program, equips university management with modern tools for effective governance. GCWUF continues to champion professional excellence and administrative development.
