GCWUF Launches Whistleblowing Initiative on World Anti-Drug Day�Faisalabad, June 26, 2025: Government College Women University Faisalabad (GCWUF) observed World Anti-Drug and Narcotics Day with an awareness rally and seminar led by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen (T.I.). The event featured participation from the Anti-Narcotics Force, faculty, staff, and students.�Highlighting the rising threat of drug abuse among youth, the Vice Chancellor announced a whistleblowing initiative to encourage timely reporting of any drug-related misconduct on campus. She termed it a responsible and corrective step towards a drug-free academic environment.�With ANF support, staff screening was conducted, and student screening will follow in phases. Students displayed banners with the slogan “One Nation, One Destination – Drug-Free Pakistan,” expressing strong resolve against drug use.�The event was organised by the Directorate of Student Affairs in collaboration with the Anti-Drug Committee.
