GCWUF gets 164th Position in WURI Global Innovation Rankings 2025. ÚFaisalabad, July 20, 2025 — Government College Women University Faisalabad (GCWUF) has secured the 164th position among the top 400 innovative universities worldwide in the World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI) 2025. The University has also earned distinction in the other two key categories:Ú• 36th globally in SDG-Based Responses to Global Challenges Ú• 52nd globally in Crisis Management Ú A remarkable 20-position leap from the previous year indicates the university’s continued progress in promoting innovation and impact-oriented academic environments.ÚThese rankings are a testament to the leadership’s proactive approach towards achieving the SDGs for Pakistan. ÚThe Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen (T.I.), commended and congratulated the QEC, faculty, staff, and students for their efforts and dedication. “This recognition highlights our commitment to innovation-led education and inclusive practices that address both local and global challenges,” she stated.
