GCWUF Stands with Flood Victims – Relief Drive Reaches the Flood-Affected Area�Faisalabad, October 05, 2025 – Government College Women University Faisalabad (GCWUF) extended a strong gesture of solidarity with flood victims through a comprehensive relief drive organized by its Disaster and Risk Management Committee, constituted by Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen (T.I.), �The university team reached the flood-hit villages of Tandlianwala and distributed food, medicines, clothing, bedding, and other essential supplies to deserving families, with the support and facilitation of the Pakistan Army, ensuring effective delivery to the most in need.�The donations consisted of clothing packets, bedding packs, family food packs, flour bags, water coolers, and cartons containing various items, including utensils, medicines, and daily-use essentials. The initiative reflected GCWUF’s strong commitment to community service and humanitarian responsibility, under the leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen. She expressed her appreciation to the University Committee, the Pakistan Army, faculty, students, and donors for their compassion and collective efforts.
