Ms. Nadia Zafar Attends NCA Triennale 2025 Symposium as Invited GuestฺFAISALABAD, November 21, 2025 โ Ms. Nadia Zafar, Assistant Professor, Department of Art and Design, GCWUF, participated as an invited guest in the one-day symposium โA Vexing Discourse on Art: How to Map a Timeline of Pakistani Artโ held at the National College of Arts (NCA), Lahore, as part of the NCA Triennale 2025, Kasb-e-Kamal Kun.ฺThe symposium brought together leading artists and art educators, including Prof. Salima Hashmi, Quddus Mirza, Manmeet K. Walia, Aasim Akhtar, Amina Ijaz, and Asad Hayee, who engaged in critical discussions on the evolution of Pakistani art. The program featured two panel sessions followed by a collaborative workshop in which academicians from various universities and art institutions deliberated on teaching methodologies for art history.ฺThe event concluded with a collective call for strengthened inter-institutional collaboration to develop diverse, practical approaches to teaching art history to future generations.
