GC Women University Faisalabad Welcomes Ramazan with a Message of Character, Compassion, and Community Care�February 19, 2026: Under the leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen (T.I.), Government College Women University Faisalabad welcomed the holy month of Ramazan with a seminar on “Welcoming Ramazan and Character Building” alongside the Ramadan Mehrban Drive 2026, distributing 60 ration bags among deserving university employees to support them during the holy month.�The worthy Vice Chancellor, in her address, stressed the role of women in promoting ethical values and expressed appreciation for the organizers. She also presented Islamic books to the speakers and guests.�Notable speakers of the seminar, including Dr. Shazia Adnan, Ms. Fizzah Hussain, and Dr. Noreen Azam, emphasized self-purification, patience, and social harmony.�The seminar concluded with prayers for peace and collective welfare.�The event was organized by the Character Building Society, the Community Welfare Society, and the Department of Islamic Studies.
