Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen Advocates Women’s Leadership at International Women’s Day EventsFaisalabad, March 9, 2026: Vice Chancellor Government College Women University Faisalabad, Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen (T.I.), participated as a distinguished speaker and guest at multiple International Women’s Day events.She spoke at “Awaami Bethak: Women, Power & Patriarchy in Pakistan” organized by the Institute of Cultural Communication at the University of Central Punjab (UCP) and also addressed the PAFDA Women’s Day event, highlighting the challenges and opportunities for women in leadership roles. She also attended the International Women’s Day ceremony at the Maryam Nawaz Women Complex, Lahore, organized by the Women Development Department, which acknowledged the contributions of academic women leaders toward women’s empowerment.
