VC GCWUF Chairs Meeting on AI Integration, Industry Linkages, and SDGs-Focused Research RoadmapÚFAISALABAD, April 16, 2026: Vice Chancellor, Government College Women University Faisalabad, Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen (T.I.), chaired a meeting with faculty coordinators, academic heads, and directors to review key academic priorities.ÚThe meeting focused on integrating AI courses in line with HEC guidelines, with an emphasis on incorporating discipline-specific practical content. Faculty members were encouraged to complete AI training to equip themselves with the necessary skills for effective teaching and application.ÚThe Vice Chancellor also stressed the need to strengthen industry linkages through lectures and seminars by resource persons from relevant industries to better prepare students for practical, real-world challenges. She further urged faculty to enhance research output in Scopus-indexed journals and to develop high-quality research projects for competitive funding.
