CM Female Ambassadors Program Promotes Leadership Skills among Young Women�May 14, 2026: The Women Development and Mentoring Center (WDMC), GCWUF, organized an inspiring seminar titled “From Confidence to Leadership: Essential Skills for Young Women” under the CM Female Ambassadors Skill Development Program.�Dr. Sadaf Naqvi opened the session with a welcome note, while keynote speaker Dr. Amara Javed motivated students to build confidence, emotional intelligence, communication skills, and leadership potential.�Chief Guest Prof. Asif Iqbal, CEO Richmond Institute, highlighted the importance of vision, innovation, critical thinking, and skill development for young women in today’s competitive world.�The seminar concluded with a vote of thanks by Maleeka Siddiqa, CM Female Ambassador for Skill Development.
