International Seminar on Ethical Values Held at the University of Faisalabad: Dr. Rukhsana Bibi Represents GCWUF as the Guest of HonourÚÚFaisalabad, April 17, 2025 – The Department of Islamic Studies at the University of Faisalabad organized a one-day international seminar titled “Observation of Ethical Values Awareness” to promote awareness and discourse around Islamic ethical values in academic settings.ÚDr. Rukhsana Bibi, Coordinator, Faculty of Humanities and Languages, Government College Women University Faisalabad (GCWUF), attended the seminar as the Guest of Honour. Representing GCWUF, she delivered an insightful address emphasizing the'||chr(39)||' central role of Islamic values in shaping and promoting individual character and a righteous society.Ú“Islamic values such as truthfulness, justice, honesty, kindness, modesty, and equality are the foundation and identity of any Islamic society,” Dr. Rukhsana stated. “Universities, where the youth are nurtured intellectually, spiritually, and morally, have a pivotal role in promoting these values. It is a shared responsibility of both teachers and students.”ÚShe further stressed that promoting ethical values cannot be achieved merely through textbooks or Friday sermons. “It requires sincere efforts, practical examples, a training-oriented environment, and mutual respect.
