Introduction

GCWUF attracts students from all over the country. This is an indicator of the trust their parents have in the university management. The university maintains a hostel within its premises to provide accommodation to graduates and post-graduate students. The demand for hostel admission is beyond the capacity of hostel premises, so hostel admission is granted after shortlisting the applicants. Brilliant students have good academic record and those living away from Faisalabad are preferred along with first come first serve basis. Hostel life can never be a substitute of family life; however, it has its own attractions and benefits. Students enjoy variety of cultures, customs and friends which one can???t have at home. Sharing, cooperation, tolerance, adjustment, control, discipline and other group behaviors are learned while residing in hostel. The hall council staff tries to assure shelter and security of hostel residents. Hostel of GCWUF has evolved with time. New building of Maryam Hall was completed in 2019 along with dining hall and food court. At present the girls hostel constitutes of the following four halls: Fatima Hall Amina Hall Ayesha Hall Maryam Hall During their stay in hostel, students are expected to have a good time, to advance their qualification and to follow all rules and regulations by all means.

Vision

To make prestigious and fully furnished hostel where students can spend their precious time in creative activities.

Mission

Hall council is focusing on the security and welfare of hostel students and to provide a simple rather effective lifestyle.
