Department of Applied Psychology Organizes Workshop on Low Intensity CBT Faisalabad, June 2, 2026: The Department of Applied Psychology, Government College Women University Faisalabad (GCWUF), organized a two-day workshop on Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for 6th-semester students of both morning and evening sections in collaboration with the Pakistan Institute of Living and Learning (PILL) on June 2???3, 2026. The workshop aimed to enhance students??? practical understanding of Low Intensity CBT techniques and their application in mental health settings. The training sessions were conducted by Ms. Abeeha Arshad, Ms. Saher, and Ms. Maryum from PILL, who provided comprehensive insights into evidence-based CBT interventions, assessment strategies, and therapeutic skills. During the workshop, students actively participated in interactive activities, case discussions, role plays, and skill-building exercises designed to strengthen their professional competencies in psychological practice.
