The industrial visit to Chemtech Industry, Saffron Pharmaceutical Industry, Ibrahim Fibres Limited, and Sadaqat Textiles in Faisalabad was an informative and valuable learning experience for the students. During the visit, students observed chemical manufacturing processes including raw material handling, reaction systems, purification, quality control testing, and product packaging at Chemtech Industry. At Saffron Pharmaceutical Industry, they gained exposure to pharmaceutical formulation processes such as tablet compression, capsule filling, liquid preparation, cleanroom operations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The visit to Ibrahim Fibres Limited provided insight into fiber production, spinning operations, and quality testing of synthetic yarns, highlighting the importance of automation and process control. At Sadaqat Textiles, students observed weaving, dyeing, finishing, fabric inspection, and packaging processes, understanding how chemical treatments are applied in textile production. Throughout the visits, emphasis was placed on industrial safety measures, environmental management, and quality assurance systems. Overall, the industrial tour successfully bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, enhancing students understanding of chemical, pharmaceutical, and textile industries while preparing them for professional industrial environments.
