The Department of Public Administration organized an educational visit to Klash Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd Faisalabad on 19 May 2026 for the students of 4th, 6th, and 8th semester of BS Public Administration. The visit was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Saiqa Sadia (Incharge) and Coordinator Dr. Aisha Imitiaz with the objective of enhancing students practical exposure and understanding of organizational and industrial operations.Organizer was Ms Qaria Aziz (Lecturer) and Ms.Nayyer Sultana (Lecturer). During the visit, the ,resource person Mr. Asim guided the students through the visit of different departments of the organization, including the Production Unit, (knitting,Dying, Cutting, stitching, packing)Human Resource Department, Marketing Department, Finance Department, and Sales Department. Students were briefed about production processes, product quality standards, organizational management, and departmental coordination within the textile industry. Ms. Azaka Khan, HR Manager and alumni of BS Public Administration, also interacted with the students and explained the role of human resource management in organizational development, recruitment, employee management, and professional growth. The visit proved highly beneficial for students as it connected theoretical learning with practical implementation. It enhanced students understanding of industrial administration, communication, management practices, and workplace operations. This activity aligns with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly: SDG 4: Quality Education SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals This study visit was an informative and productive learning experience that significantly contributed to the academic and professional development of the students.
