GCWUF Youth Lead Dialogue on Bridging Social Gaps and Inter-faith Harmony�October 13, 2025 — Under the Young Initiatives, SDGs, and Developing Young Leaders Program, the Society of Social and Inter-faith Harmony at GCWUF organized an impactful event titled “Bridging the Gaps: A Step Towards Social Harmony” at Jinnah Auditorium, under the guidance of Dr. Sajida Parveen, In-charge, Department of Sociology.�The session opened with Quranic recitation and Naat, followed by a welcome address by Dr. Sajida Parveen, who emphasized the role of youth in promoting unity and dialogue. Guest speakers Ms. Khadija Athar (Al-Khidmat Foundation), Mr. Usman (Founder, Himmatkaar), and Mr. Abu Bakar Zafar (Founder, Empower Youth Pakistan Foundation) delivered inspiring talks on mental well-being, youth empowerment, and social responsibility.�The event also marked the selection of new office bearers of the Society, reinforcing student leadership. Concluding with a message of hope and collaboration, the program encouraged students to work towards a more inclusive and harmonious society.
