Respected Vice Chancellor GC Women University Faisalabad Prof. Dr. Robina Farooq (T.I) attended the second meeting of the Kazakhstan Alumni Forum held at Kazakistan House Lahore on Friday, April 28, 2023, on the invitation of H.E. Prof. Dr. M. Iqbal Choudhary, Coordinator General COMSTECH. H.E. Mr. Yerzhan Kistafin Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan was the chief guest of the event. The forum invited ideas to promote educational linkages between Pakistan and Kazakhstan and strengthen the Pakistan-Kazakistan Alumni network. The worthy Vice Chancellor emphasized strengthening the bilateral relationship between the two brotherly countries for promoting educational linkages. In her speech, she discussed various prospects for developing a working relationship between Government College Women University Faisalabad and international academia. She appreciated the engaging role of Pakistan-Kazakistsn Alumni Network in developing a strong channel between the two countries for a noble cause. In the end, she thanked the Coordinator-General for inviting her to the forum. The event was attended by Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, Chairman PHEC, Prof. Dr. Saleem Farooq Shaukat, Director COMSATS, and many other renowned educationists from leading universities of Pakistan.
