Government College Women University Faisalabad (GCWUF), under the visionary leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen (T.I.), continues its commitment to women empowerment through the "Women Empowerment and Mentoring Programme (WEMP)" initiated by HEC under HEDP/NAHE. The fourth session of the WEMP conference series was held on February 17, 2025, at Jinnah Auditorium, focusing on Module III: Growth, Reflection, Expectations, and Goals. Mentors for the module included Prof. Dr. Aysha Sameen, Dr. Abida Kausar, and Dr. Mubshara Saadia. Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Zill-i-Huma Nazli graced the event as the convener. Dr. Mubshara Saadia led the first session on Growth, emphasizing personal and professional development, leadership, and skill enhancement. Dr. Abida Kausar discussed Reflection, guiding participants on self-analysis techniques. Prof. Dr. Aysha Sameen concluded with Expectations and Goals, detailing SMART goal-setting and its integration with growth and reflection. An online self-assessment proforma was also shared for participants to evaluate their progress. The interactive session ended on a high note, with participants sharing positive feedback. Dr. Sadaf Naqvi added an engaging touch with Urdu poetry, while Pro-VC Prof. Dr. Zill-i-Huma Nazli delivered closing remarks, encouraging a positive outlook on personal and professional growth.
