Quality teaching is our priority, says Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Robina Farooq (T.I) on completion of Self Assessment Process at GCWUF Under guidance of Worthy Vice Chancellor GCWUF, Directorate of Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) successfully conducted the Self-Assessment Meetings for all degree programs i.e BS, Master, M.Phil and PhD programs of all departments for 2022-23 during the last week of January, 2023. The Data regarding the Self-Assessment Reports were compiled by the concerned departments and submitted to QEC on templates of Quality Assurance Agency, HEC. The Internal Assessment Team (AT) Members invited for inspection and detailed discussion they had questions answer session with the concerned Chairperson of the Departments along with their program coordinators. The evaluators submitted their findings and recommendations related to Self-Assessment of GCWUF programs based on that Implementation Plan which was composed by the QEC for 2022-23. Evaluator Members of the Assessment Committee were Dr. Aasma Khalid, (Convener/Member, Director QEC, GCWUF), Prof. Dr. Zill-i-Huma Nazli (Member/ Coordinator Faculty of S&T/Director Academics / Chairperson Department of Chemistry, GCWUF), Prof. Dr. Aysha Sameen (Member Coordinator Faculty of A&SS/ Chairperson Department Food Science & Technology, GCWUF), Prof. Dr. Saima Akram (Member/ Chairperson Department of Mathematics GCWUF), and Dr. Syeda Samina Tahira (Member/ Head of the Department of Education GCWUF). VC GCWUF Prof Dr Robina Farooq appreciated the efficient performance of QEC in establishing a strong internal assessment mechanism to meet all quality standards in the university. She remarked that quality teaching is a matter of top priority for the university, and therefore, university is aggressively maintaining all quality standards to make steady progress towards even better rankings worldwide.
