In alignment with this year's theme, the QEC organized an in-depth training session titled 'Maximizing Institutional Quality with Effective Key Performance Indicators'. The session aimed to highlight the importance of moving beyond basic compliance to achieve a robust, performance-oriented approach in institutional quality assurance practices. The training was led by Dr. Aasma Khalid, Director QEC, who shared her extensive knowledge and expertise on the development and application of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive quality improvement across academic and administrative functions.
