Mental health day is celebrated on 10th October 2019 The department of Applied Psychology has observed World Mental Heath Day to make aware of how mental health is important for all. Our worthy Vice-Chancellor Prof.Dr. Robina Farooq invited as the Chief guest of the event. Under the supervision of teachers, future psychologists (students) assessed both positive and negative aspects of personality, psychological problems (i.e, depression, anxiety, stress, anger). Experienced psychologists (teachers) provided counselling services regarding psychosocial, academic and workplace issues.
