Three days workshop on "Hands on Training for Primary Data Analysis (Nvivo and Stata)" has been organized by the Department of Economics GCWUF on 12-14 July. Data is considered the most significant element during research process and how the data is handled and analyzed makes some study noteworthy. Hence, considering this main role of data analysis in social sciences research, the Department of Economics took this initiative of conduction of a long three days hands on training to learn methodologies of primary data analysis. At 09:30am on 12 July, the activity was started by the recitation of holy Quran followed by Naat of prophet Muhammad (saw). Ms. Momna Abdul Rehman, Incharge Department of Economics, delivered an inaugural speech highlighting the importance of learning data analysis in research of social sciences. She also shared her plans for future similar activities to make her faculty and students better learn research methods.
