Department of Urdu GCWUF was organized an event on Iqbal day. The function was presided over by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Rubina Frooq (T.I). In the ceremony ,BS Urdu students presents a speech on Iqbal philosophy. The students recited Kalam Iqbal Tarnam and their was a Bait Bazi competition between the students of BS Urdu. Ms. Bazghah Qandeel performed the duties of the judge of the competition and encouraged the students .BS students presented a tableau on Iqbal 's poem "Mother's Dream ". which was highly appreciated. HOD Urdu department Dr. Sadaf Naqvi ,spoke about Iqbal's thought in jihad zangdani ,and she confirmed his belief ,action and love asked the scholar to make his life a motto .Coordinator Faculty of Humanities and language Dr. Rukhsana Baloch and Dr. sadaf Naqvi HOD of Urdu department distributed the certificates among the students .All teacher and students of urdu department participated in the ceremony .
