An interactive session on "Revision of Teaching Methods to Provide Critical Thinking & Problems Solving Skills Based on Project Based Learning and Group Projects" Government College Women University Faisalabad arranged an online consultative meeting with the President Melissa Baumann, Provost and faculty of Science and Technology of Ohio North University, USA on10th May, 2023 on "Revision of Teaching Methods to Provide Critical Thinking & Problems Solving Skills Based on Project Based Learning and Group Projects". The session aimed to suggest ways of preparation of our students according to the rapid technological development and as per demand of 21st century. Faculty of Ohio North University presented a short overview of high-impact practices that Ohio Northern University utilizes in its science programs. This included an overview of flipped classrooms, project based learning, internships, and research opportunities. Respected Vice Chancellor GCWUF Prof Dr Robina Farooq (T.I) hosted the meeting from Pakistan whereas Prof Dr Julie Hurtig Provost ONU hosted the Zoom meeting from Ohio University. From GCWUF, Prof Dr Zill-i-Huma Nazli, Pro VC, all academic coordinators, all chairpersons and Heads of the teaching departments along with one senior member of every department attended the session. Prof. Dr. Uzma Qureshi, Vice Chancellor WUM and her selected faculty members also attended the session on invitation of the Vice Chancellor GCWUF. Worthy Vice Chancellor welcomed the Provost and the faculty of Ohio university, and all attendees of the session. The meeting remained highly interactive between faculty of Ohio university and that of GCWUF. It opened up many new ways of engaging students in learning process through current technological innovations in Pakistani classrooms.
