16th May 2025-Department of Information Technology arranged one day workshop on “Canva for Digital Creativity”, a leading graphic design platform, for students of Government Graduate College for Women Peoples Colony No: 02, Faisalabad, under the project of “Ministry of Planning & Development and Special Initiatives & QEC GCWUF”, the initiative aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 9 (SDG 9): Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure. �The training aimed to equip students with digital design skills, fostering creativity and technical proficiency essential for innovation and modern industry requirements.�The session was organized by IT faculty members and students to introduce participants with the fundamentals of Canva, including poster design, social media graphics, presentations, and collaborative features. Through hands-on learning, participants explored various templates, tools, and design elements that support the creation of visually impactful content. �The training emphasized practical applications, allowing students to create their own projects reflecting real-world scenarios.
