The event was specifically designed for students in the 6th semester of BS Commerce to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical human resource management applications.ÚThe seminar focused on the role of HRM activities in developing managerial and entrepreneurial skills. Key topics included recruitment processes, performance appraisal systems, employee motivation techniques, and strategic HR planning in dynamic business environments.ÚThe guest speaker for the session was Dr. Babak Mahmood Bhatti, an esteemed academic and expert in the field of Human Resource Management. His engaging presentation and insightful discussion highlighted the real-world implications of HRM strategies and their critical role in achieving organizational goals.ÚA total of 50 students attended the seminar. The session proved to be highly informative and interactive. According to post-event feedback, students expressed satisfaction with the seminar content and delivery.
