Prof. Dr. Robina Farooq (T.I), Vice Chancellor of Government College Women University Faisalabad, graced the event of the second part of the 12th Convocation of The Virtual University of Pakistan (VU) held at Faisalabad last week. The Rector VU honourable Prof. Dr. Arshad Saleem Bhatti (S.I &T.I) welcomed her to the event. While addressing the audience, Prof. Dr. Robina Farooq (T.I) appreciated the Virtual University for moving ahead as a global university with 1.2 million enrolled students and providing thousands of Eunterpneurership trainings. She was grateful for intentions of the Virtual University of joining hands with GCWUF in Academics and Research. She encouraged the graduates to serve their country by imparting their positive role in all fields of life. She congratulated the graduates on completion of a vital phase of their lives. VU in this convocation awarded 819 degrees to graduates of various disciplines.
