The main objective of the activity is to identify business ideas that could be successful in the local markets with respect to the 2nd, 3rd, 8th and 9th SDG. For this purpose, students prepared lunch boxes for school-going children and therapeutic meals for patients in hospitals. By using the concept of my plate, students are advised to include items from all food groups in their meals and design a well-balanced and healthy meal. After performing this activity, students will be able to initiate meal kit delivery to patients in hospitals for the management of disorders such as; Obesity, Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiovascular diseases, Arthritis, and Celiac Diseases. They will also start the business of fitness food preparation; a healthy packaged food delivery system and an Organic food shop.
