Department of Nutritional Sciences arranged the practical activity of the students of BS (HND), 5th semester, Section (MA & EA) to develop various food products, under the course title: Public Health Nutrition. Products including the fiber balls to help out constipation, memory boosting balls to alleviate devastating symptoms of Alzheimer???s disease, Health Warrior Balls to nutrify malnourished children, hair food to reduce the hair fall, carom biscuits to balance hormonal level in polycystic ovary syndrome, healthy cup cakes for brain development in children, carrot & apricot bliss balls for blurred vision, ginger cookies to alleviate uric acid levels, almond chia cookies for gluten intolerant people. Department arranged this activity to foster development of such products linked with Sustainable Development Goals-III, Good Health & Wellbeing and to ensure they would be available at reasonable cost to people suffering from chronic diseases
