Department of Nutritional Sciences organized an activity of students of BS (HND), 5th semester, section (MA & EA) under the course title: Meal planning and management to understand that how eat well plate helps to plan a balanced diet for healthy and diseased person. The eat well plate is a visual representation of how different foods contribute towards a healthy balanced diet. The Department organized this activity linked with the Sustainable Development Goal-III, Good Health and Well being to provide a pictorial summary of the main food groups and their recommended proportions for healthy diet planning.
