Faculty serves as a role model for the students, and their appearance can enhance the overall learning environment. Further, he highlighted that dressing appropriately for academic settings, whether in the classroom or at formal academic events, reflects respect for the institution and the audience. He illustrated the non-verbal communication of clothing, understanding dress code, building a professional wardrobe, dressing for body type, personal style, and cultural sensitivities. He further added that grooming also plays a crucial role in conveying self-discipline and confidence, further supporting effective communication and engagement in academic settings. Moreover, by applying the principles and tips shared in the program, teaching and non-teaching faculty will be empowered to make informed choices about their dressing style, ultimately contributing to their academic and personal success. An interactive question/answer session was also conducted to clarify the queries.
