The Department of Nutritional Sciences at Government College Women University, Faisalabad (GCWUF), conducted an engaging practical activity as part of the course ???Infant and Young Child Feeding.??? This hands-on session aimed to enhance students??? understanding of age-appropriate meal planning and nutritional requirements for infants and young children. During the activity, students prepared and presented a variety of healthy and visually appealing food items tailored to different age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers. Each food display featured detailed nutritional information, dietary benefits, and creative presentation styles that reflect child-friendly appeal. The practical also emphasized the importance of nutrient-dense foods, portion control, and hygiene in feeding young children. Faculty members appreciated the creativity, nutritional accuracy, and effort shown by the students in linking theory with real-world application. This interactive experience not only strengthened students??? meal planning skills but also equipped them with the ability to design practical feeding solutions that support child growth and development.
