The students of the Department of Nutritional Sciences actively participated in a practical activity as part of the course Meal Planning and Management. They were assigned various topics, including meal planning for different age groups, children from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, and meal preparation for special occasions such as Ramadan and Eid across varying income levels. Each group developed a complete daily menu tailored to their assigned scenario and delivered well-structured presentations. Faculty members provided valuable guidance on budgeting strategies and designing balanced, nutritious meals suitable for different age groups and financial conditions. They also offered insights into effective calorie management, presentation techniques, and public speaking skills. Dr. Madiha Ilyas, Incharge of the Department of Nutritional Sciences, appreciated the dedication of both students and faculty, encouraging continued participation in such enriching academic activities.
